Every piece at Facet Studios is meticulously inspected and prepared for dispatch. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for our team to process and curate your order before it is handed over to our shipping partners.

Complimentary Shipping We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders exceeding $150.

Delivery Timelines To bring you an uncompromising, highly curated collection, we partner with a select network of domestic and international fulfillment centers. Because our pieces are sourced globally, transit times will vary depending on the specific origin of your garments. Generally, you can expect your allocation to arrive within 7 to 15 business days after dispatch.

Please note that during high-volume periods or exclusive collection drops, transit times may be slightly extended.

Split Shipments If your order contains pieces from different collections, they may be dispatched from separate locations. In this case, your items will arrive in separate packages to ensure each piece reaches you as swiftly as possible. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for split shipments.

Order Tracking As soon as your package leaves our facilities, you will receive an email containing your tracking portfolio. You can use this to monitor your order's journey directly to your door.
